How Cynthia grew with M3

Cynthia co-founded Radiant RFID in 2004, after years of success in the engineering field with expertise in mechanical design, test development, and technical writing. While she previously managed teams of 100+ working for Ford Motor Company, by the time she entered the Make Mine a Million $ Business completion in 2007, she was trying to run her business with a team of just four and looking ways to grow her client and revenue base. Through the M3 program, she learned how to move beyond the technical aspects of serving her clients’ needs and gained the skills needed to build a team that could help her build her business. Today, Radiant is one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. Cynthia’s team had grown to 14 and her revenues have increased seven fold.
