Take Your Husband to Work Day

My husband, Gary Conger, went to work with me last month. He accompanied me on a business trip to Washington DC and told me that it helped him to appreciate the professional relationships I've developed over the years and just how beautiful the White House and State Department are. I highly recommend exposing your partner or spouse to your professional world - your life outside your home and office. Whether it is in halls of power, a trade show floor, the farmers market or an annual conference it creates another level of connection, appreciation and trust, particularly if you travel often for business.
